I am a passionate leadership expert and the founder of Williams Evergreen Consultancy, where I work with leaders and organizations to build empowered, thriving teams. With an academic background in Psychology and a Master’s in Public Administration, my career has been dedicated to helping people and organizations unlock their potential through purposeful leadership.

I am also a certified counselor specializing in mental health and addiction, and an experienced facilitator with over 21 years of experience delivering workshops and training. My facilitation work focuses on workplace culture, mental health awareness, leadership development, and organizational transformation. Throughout my career, I have helped leaders and teams better understand the human dynamics that shape workplace performance, engagement, and well-being.
